The rental price normally includes electricity / water consumption as well as the internet (20Mbps). Local English speaking host is also available at check-in and throughout your stay.
High Season (July/August) weekly: 4200Euro. Discount for 2/3 weeks
In * addition* there will be a charge for cleaning service, as well as linen / towel service. This is paid directly to the landlord.

* Car hire: Yes, it is recommended. The area has a lot to offer that requires a car.
* Distance Beach: Nearest is Albir. Only 10 min by car. About 15-20 min to fine sandy beaches in Villajoyosa and Finestrat. Benidorm even closer.
* Check-in / Check-out: Normally great flexibility. We tell you if there is a booking that checks in / out the same day. We recommend choosing arrival / departure on adjacent days
* Air conditioning: The house has 3 AC machines; one in the downstairs bedroom, one in the kitchen / living room as well as one upstairs. All rooms that do not have AC in the same room have ceiling fans or floor fans.
* Brand new pellet oven in the living room for economical heating during the winter
